Как решиться на перемены?
Очень неприятное чувство, как будто я связана по рукам и ногам, не могу сдвинуться с места (начать новую деятельность, сменить работу). Смотрю вокруг - люди живут, переезжают, меняют по 20 работ, ищут себя. А я занимаюсь поисками себя только мысленно. Бесит это состояние, но решится сделать шаг вперёд страшно.
